All Benmor Family Mediation Group cases are case-managed and mediated by Steven Benmor (lawyer-mediator) and, in cases of co-mediation, with one of the affiliated social worker-mediators, all whom possess specialized knowledge of family law and family re-organization.
In cases of mediation/arbitration, all arbitrations stemming from mediations that do not settle with BFMG are conducted by one of the affiliated arbitrators.
Mr. Benmor works closely with experts in related disciplines including custody evaluators, parenting educators, parenting coordinators, educational consultants, access supervisors, psychologists, counsellors, real estate appraisers, chattel appraisers, jewelry appraisers, income valuators, business valuators, tax specialists, financial advisers, tax lawyers and community agencies.
BFMG offers a roster of independent lawyers available to represent and advise each spouse. Each spouse is strongly encouraged to have a lawyer from the beginning of the process to ensure informed consent to the process and its outcomes.
