Covid-19 Update

Steve Benmor is a recognized divorce lawyer, family mediator, arbitrator, speaker, writer and educator. Mr. Benmor has worked as lead counsel in many divorce trials, held many leadership positions in the legal community and has been regularly interviewed on television, radio and in newspapers as an expert in Family Law.

We understand that separation, divorce, and co-parenting are rarely easy — and the past few months have been especially difficult due to covid-19 .  We are proud to serve you and thank you for continuing to trust us with your personal issues.   

At Benmor Family Law Group, we have adapted our services to continue to support you with virtual meetings and services.  In the process, we have helped our clients negotiate their parenting and support issues as well as navigate the restricted court system.

At the same time, we have continued our tradition of giving back to our community by offering a free online mediation session to families that were struggling with conflict during COVID-19.

We want to let you know that our office is open as we are defined as an ‘essential service’. 

We are absolutely committed to the health and safety of our staff and clients.

We have implemented the following new measures:

  • Our staff and clients can maintain a 6 foot distance during meetings
  • Our staff and clients can wear masks and gloves
  • Masks are available for any client who does not have one
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office
  • Our office is cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis

We will be continuing to leverage online meeting technology, such as Zoom, for those of you who are more comfortable with virtual services.

While our office may look a little different, we remain committed to delivering excellent customer service, with all of the safeguards you would expect. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our operations as needed. If we have learned anything during this time, it’s the importance of being nimble, flexible and adaptable for our clients.
