The fees for Divorce Coaching are at the same lawyer hourly rates, however, with Divorce Coaching, the client is in total control of the cost and need for help as this service is offered in 30 minute increments, making Divorce Coaching extremely affordable to all clients, while offering access to the expertise, experience and acumen of experienced divorce lawyers.

The hourly rates are as follows:

• Steven Benmor = $750
• Leanne Townsend = $600
• Jessica Brant = $525

Time records are kept in an electronic time-keeping system to the nearest one-half of an hour (or 30 minutes).

Clients provide a deposit of $5,000 at the beginning of the case, which remains in trust as a security deposit until the final account is issued at the completion of the case. It is not used in the interim towards the satisfaction of any accounts for fees or disbursements. Any unused portion of the deposit is refunded to the client at the end of the case.
