Last night, something truly special happened in Toronto. The Toronto Lawyers Association Meetup for Family and Estate lawyers at Earls in the Financial District was masterfully hosted by the remarkable Ron Shulman and his extraordinarily energetic, passionate, and brilliant group of lawyers.
It was nothing short of extraordinary. Lawyers travelled from as far west as Windsor and as far east as Ottawa and Quebec to be in that room. We even had one from New Zealand.
And what happened there? The conversations were rich. The histories shared were profound. The values exchanged were deeply felt. And the energy? Absolutely electric – so much so that no one wanted to leave. That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when exceptional people pour their hearts into creating a space where the legal community can truly connect, reflect, and celebrate what makes this profession so meaningful.
Ron Shulman you and your incredible team have set a new standard for what a professional gathering can and should feel like. The legal community is better, stronger, and more connected because of what you built last night.
